MSS Kawasaki began racing in the Supersport class before they progressed into the Superbike class in 2007.
In 2009 the team looked set to secure a maiden race win with Simon Andrews at Mallory Park before being cruelly denied in the controversial Hairpin crash. However he celebrated a maiden podium finish for the team at Cadwell Park.
Last year onboard the new Ninja ZX-10R the team celebrated podium success with Stuart Easton and Gary Mason, whilst Alex Lowes also took a maiden pole position for the team at Thruxton.
Rutter celebrated a podium finish at Brands Hatch but the team were unable to repeat the performance, such was the level of competition in the championship. Buchan joined the team at Brands Hatch and had an impressive performance at Cadwell Park on only his second event with the team.
